A lot of people in this world have problems. The problems come in all shapes and sizes, but they nevertheless exist and affect every step a person makes, especially every person they meet. These problems exist because of parents (the way they're raised), or culture (the way they're influenced), and education (what they learn.) Parents are a huge factor. I can think of so many examples, as I'm sure you can. But what do we do about these problems? How do we resolve them? They're psychiatrists, medication, councilors, but does it all truly help, or is it just the mind telling you it does? I had a friend once who would go to the doctor every time she didn't feel well. When you live in California going to the doctor is expensive. We don't have free health care like most nations. She would come back home with a new problem, a new medication to take, to add to the shelf of the other medications she takes. What a depressing life, but it got her by, right? Does that make it ok? If you've watched Michael Moore's Sicko you would see that the people who were able to go to another country and get themselves checked out - they were stripped from MOST of the medication they were taking here in U.S. Why is that, I wonder.... Because of ADVERTISEMENTS, because of TELEVISION. Because people think they have a problem because the commercial listed symptoms they have. Like, not sleeping enough? You must have a sleeping disorder! Cha-ching! I'm not saying depression, or insomnia don't exist. They do, but I do believe most of the "problems" can be easily solved by telling the mind to. Not saying that step is an easy process, either. But knowing the difference.. you have got to know the difference! Will power is REAL. It's the force that tells you to keep running in a marathon, even when your body is ready to give up. We are not zombies, so we need to stop acting that way.
